Structures Engineer

We will train recent college graduates! Responsibilities will include the development of structural design concepts for the installation of auxiliary fuel tank systems, avionics racks, enclosures, antenna mounting provisions, and other related transport category aircraft structural modifications. The successful candidate will develop layouts & prepare drawings, structural substantiations & test procedures. Experience integrating and synthesizing inputs from all technical disciplines to develop optimum design configurations for modifications is required. Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and the ability to interpret OEM specifications is required. SolidWorks or CATIA proficiency is required. BSME or foreign equivalent and at least 3 years experience preferred.


Electrical Engineer

Must be capable of integrating Avionics and/or IFE systems on commercial aircraft and generate wiring diagrams & electrical installation drawings. Minimum of 3 years experience, must be AUTOCAD 2000 literate and be able to prepare aircraft manual supplements. Must be willing to travel. Experience in writing avionic system function test procedures a plus. BSEE or equivalent preferred.


Manufacturing Engineer

Must be able to integrate between design engineering and manufacturing and understand and read engineering drawings and procedures as well as work order routers. Knowledge of sheet metal and machined parts manufacturing is required and knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies is a plus. Develop tools and fixtures to assist assembly. Improve current manufacturing processes and train technicians. Reduce operating costs via continuous process improvements. Ability to support new projects by flexible work hours, if required. Must have at least 5 years of experience in an AS 9100 aerospace manufacturing environment. Experience in manufacturing to FAA requirements or AMP license also a plus. BSME or equivalent candidates will also be considered.


Certification Manager

Perform FAA certification project management duties. Organize certification programs, directing, overseeing, and managing the task of technical assessments and findings of compliance. Ensure that all technical data required to demonstrate compliance is reviewed and approved by the appropriate technical DER, except those items reserved by the FAA for approval. Applicants must be familiar with 14 CFR Part 21 and Part 25 regulations and must have current DER certificate and direct experience working with ACO.
