Carl F. Booth Veneers announces new light weight product line at EBACE 2010

JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (May 4, 2010) – Carl F. Booth Veneers, a division of DeCrane Aerospace, is pleased to announce the addition of three new products to their extensive array of aircraft interior decorative coverings.  The RealRock Collection, NanoTrim, and EliteVeneer are the latest innovations from the long-time premier supplier of aircraft interior decorative coverings.

The RealRock Collection consists of eleven different flexible stone coverings that are available in veneer form and ready to be applied to your cabinetry.

NanoTrim is designed as a hardwood substitute consisting of a decorative veneer covering applied over a “machined to print” light weight core.  The decorative veneer covering is matched to the rest of your ship set, eliminating the problems of matching veneer and hardwood.

EliteVeneer, a patent pending product (2007), incorporates the latest in veneer technologies. Combining a decorative veneer face material and aluminum backing, this product not only offers the customer a weight savings over the industry standard three ply product, but has favorable burn characteristics without the use of chemical treatment.

Carl F. Booth Veneers’ new 100K square foot facility in Jeffersonville, IN is a fully capable; FSC certified, AS 9100 compliant, plywood manufacturing facility with the capacity to support all your decorative covering needs.
