Roger Wolfe was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of DeCrane Aerospace in September of 2007 following the retirement of the former CEO, Dick Kaplan. Roger has almost 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Aviation where he successfully integrated Landmark's businesses and led Landmark through the sale to Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE). Roger has also led diverse businesses such as Wheels and Brakes and Airframe Systems for Honeywell Aerospace. Roger’s background includes both engineering and manufacturing while working early in his career at Honeywell. He holds both a BA and MBA.

John Chalaris is the recently appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining DeCrane as a consultant in February, 2009, Mr. Chalaris held several executive financial positions, both in private and public sectors, most recently with Wesco Aircraft, Landmark Aviation, Compression Polymers Holdings and General Electric Aircraft Engines. Mr. Chalaris has led companies through acquisitions, divestitures and new product development, and has also managed companies through relationships with private equity investors, banks and external auditors.

Christopher Mikola was appointed Treasurer & Director of Planning in January 2006. Prior to that he served as the Assistant Treasurer and Director of Planning since April 2005. Before joining DeCrane, Mr. Mikola was a Finance Manager with Deloitte and Touche from 2002 to 2003 principally focusing on their manufacturing practice, having joined the firm in 1997.

Heidi McNary was appointed Vice President of Sales & Marketing in October 2007. Prior to joining DeCrane in 2007, Mrs. McNary spent 13 years at Honeywell Aerospace in various engineering, marketing and strategy leadership roles.
